I've been going to this place for many years until today. I would make 100% sure you don't leave your credit card on record. What ever you, do don't do it. This is your warning. Here's my complaint, I bought a $200 gift card a couple of years ago for my girlfriend and she didn't use it. I went to use it and they said it wasn't valid anymore because they have a new system. Then today I could not make an appointment and they wanna charge me $60 to cancel, that's outrageous. I'm a business owner myself and I would never do that, ever. Life can get in the way, and you want charge me $60 that's nuts. I will warn everyone, do not leave you credit card on file because they will charge you more then what the service is worth. Such a scam. As a mentioned to others, and I'm not the only one to complain about this, don't leave your credit card on file. As for my gift card, I lost out on that as well. Such a bummer. One positive comment I will state is that staff are amazing, The policy and management on the other hand are horrible to deal with. Don't give me your policy junk, I own business as well, and your policy only affects you. We live in a society where everything is go go go and things come up, It's not like I don't spend money there. I tip very generously, give positive reviews until now. Just because you have a policy, doesn't make it right to charge someone $60 for a missed appointment.

LOVE THE STAFF, HATE YOUR SYSTEMS SO VERY, VERY MUCH! I've been extremely happy with the care and work of the people at your Skyview location but very, very unhappy with your info systems. I liked your services so much that I bought a membership but the reservation piece is very unclear and endlessly fidgety. Also, every time I look at an appointment an AI texts me and I can't tell you just how much I hate that! Jessica has been the only waxer who ever got my tricky brows right and the front desk staff are lovely. Despite that I'm not willing to come back at the moment. I cancelled my membership and walked away from a $50 credit because I am so frustrated with admin processes that make me feel unheard and unseen. It's very, very disappointing.

My last visit to this location was with Emily. Like my visit before, with Celty, at the Sherwood Park location: Emily was equally thorough, removing each and every hair. Emily was absolutely warm and friendly, and a great conversationalist. Lovely young lady, inside and out. The next time my schedule works with hers, I look forward to seeing her again.
