Takes forever to sell, why have 3 registers to sell and have 2 people up there if they're going to work on the same person? Someone brought in 8 bags before me and there were 2 people on one of them the manager. It makes more sense to put 1 person on the large order and have the other person go through small orders! Told me I couldn't bring a body suit or swim wear unless it had the strip so basically if you wore the body suit don't bring it in BUT if you buy a body suit in store none of them have that in there? I never heard of such a dumb rule when it comes to body suits. It would be nice to have a list of things that they're currently looking for so I don't bring 3 bag of crap in just for me to have to haul it back to my car. Also claims they don't take bras there were some cute corset bras/tanks in the pile and she didn't even look at it bc she immediately grabbed them all and threw them back in the bag. Ive definitely seen bras being sold in the same style on the back rack.

They pay a fair price in cash when u sell your things to them. You get a way better deal if you take store credit but this place is always cool to buy sell and trade!

Great value for buying items for costumes. But for selling, if you bring more than a backpack (5 mins of sorting work), they will only buy 1-4 items. If you wait patiently, the "system" will bump you off and then a 20 min wait turns into an hour and a half. You gotta annoy them to get served, don't just push the button on the waiting app 'i have arrived at the counter'. But be careful you're not too talkative or they will not buy from you 😅 If you bring accessories, they will offer you half of their value as their sell price, and you only get 50% of that as trade. Also the buy percent used to be 30% and now it is only 25%. The new staff have nice voices but lackluster performance. You're better off selling on fb marketplace or a garage sale to get the real value for your items.

Not only is this place a scam, but they have no workers that actually care about the customers. I sold clothes to this place in August. I was never given a “card” or prompted that I have to spend the store credit that day. So the $209 worth of clothes I donated before I moved, just got kept by the company. The dark haired lady with tattoos using username OD on the receipt had no solutions. Just told me that that was what it is and nothing else. They also sell clothes at poor quality. $26 for a top with missing buttons. Save your money and close this business.

The staff here seem to lack a real understanding of quality or vintage fashion. Aside from one short brunette employee who was pleasant, my experience was disappointing. The manager appears to equate value strictly with mainstream brands like Michael Kors or Aldo, which says a lot about their perspective on fashion. There doesn’t seem to be much appreciation for true craftsmanship, unique pieces, or items with genuine resale value. What was most frustrating is that they were willing to dismiss items worth hundreds of dollars and suggest donating them instead. If you’re bringing in high-quality or vintage pieces expecting informed evaluation, this may not be the right place. BTW : GO TO MAX LUXURY PAWN INSTEAD! Who's not gonna want a $500 coat for $5.
