Paul, Lauren, and the Buffalo Gals team were absolutely incredible to work with for our catering and bartending services. We just had our wedding in October, and not only did the entire staff do an amazing job, it was also the best food I have ever had at a wedding. All our guests said the same. The bartenders were so much fun, and brought great vibes the whole evening. Would highly, highly recommend Buffalo Gals for your catering and bartending!!!
Buffalo gals catered our wedding in September, and we cannot say enough amazing things about the food! Many of our guests said it’s the best wedding food they’ve ever had, and they LOVED having the grill onsite! Paul was such a dream to work with, and was always quick to answer my random 9:00pm emails. They also gave us POUNDS of food to bring home, so we had incredible leftovers for days! Cannot recommend Buffalo Gals enough, especially for folks getting married in the Salida/BV area of Colorado.
Their staff was so incredible! I had guests text me after my wedding complimenting their service. The staff set my tables so beautifully and really made my vision come to life! Their attention to detail matched mine. Their food is also incredibly delicious! Plus a good variety to fit all food restrictions or vibe of the wedding! And best of all their pricing was fair in comparison to others on the market. Also, their presentation of food was incredible and they matched my vibe and decor. Communication with them was clear and easy.
Buffalo Gals Grilling was an amazing choice for our wedding in June. The grill on site was so fun and allowed for the meat to be cooked perfectly and eaten fresh. Everything was so good and we are trying to find another excuse to use them again. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. Specifically Kathy and Paul were fantastic to work with. We 100% recommend Buffalo Gals for your event!
Buffalo Gals catered our wedding and it was amazing! We are honestly bummed that we do not get to eat their food everyday it was so good. We received many compliments from guests as well about how great the food was.
