Cravings 5-star Catering

We worked with Lauren (their event coordinator) for over a year to plan our wedding. She was absolutely amazing! I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Lauren helped us to plan out a beautiful menu for our guests. She was also there the day of the event to ensure that thinks went smoothly. The lead server Carol was so sweet and came up to my husband and I to congratulate us. She was very attentive to our needs and the needs of our guests. Our guests RAVED about the food. We had a steak and ravioli station. Our appetizers were Cordon bleu balls and crab cakes (so good). The lines ran smoothly as the servers excused the tables.

I could not leave a review speaking highly enough of this company. The food was absolutely AMAZING and beautiful as well as very reasonably priced- we had SO many compliments from our guests. They were incredibly flexible with allergies and even made one guest her own meal and wrote us a note with the ingredients and where it was- since it was separate from the other food. They did pick up and drop off which made our lives so much easier. The best thing for me was we had our reception in our house and told the catering company our wedding colors- they didn't tell us that they were going to show up with decorations that matched ours to go around the food. They made it look so incredibly beautiful. I was not expecting that at all. They even arranged a few things in our house so they were nicer- like put the garbage in the garage so we didn't have a big ugly mess- I wouldn't have thought to do that myself. Incredible food, incredible service. My husband and I are incredibly happy with how everything turned out.

While I have used Cravings/the Picnic Basket family of catering companies for a variety of events, I had a particularly wonderful experience this past week. I worked with Yana on a corporate party, and from working with our budget to coordinating our alcohol and rentals, I couldn't have asked for anything more. The food was amazing (although I may have eaten a few too many of the bacon wrapped dates…) and I received a large number of complements from guests about the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. In fact, I even had three different people come up to me after seeing the catering van outside and say, “Oh you’re using Buffalo Gals, I love them!" (Buffalo Gals is their BBQ arm, highly recommended) Overall, if you're looking for great quality food at a variety of price points and excellent service, I would highly recommend using this company.

Thank you to Cravings for helping make my wedding day the best day I have ever had in my entire life. From the very beginning when I came in to meet with the event manager to clean up at the end - everything went so smooth. I never had to worry about a thing. I explained to Kathy what kind of ideas I had for the menu. What she came up with surpassed my expectations. All of the food was grilled on site at the reception, it was beautifully prepared and the presentation was amazing. I wasn't sure what I wanted to use for table clothes and Kathy had several different samples sent to her by the rental company and let me try them all out. It rained all during the ceremony while we were at the church and my reception was outside. We did plan ahead for a large tent to be placed in the yard, there were a few areas in the yard that were uncovered. Thank you to Kathy's fast thinking and great relationships with the rental company they came and put up two small tents so that our guests would be comfortable everywhere in the yard. This was all done before the guests arrived at the house. I don't know what I would have done without your help. Thank you!!

Being in Florida and trying to arrange my son's wedding rehearsal dinner in Colorado Springs, was a challenge in itself. Cravings came highly recommended by the brides family and I was very pleased with all the support and help I received from Cravings in setting up the menu and then executing flawlessly on that special evening. The web site offered great menus and then the personal help was outstanding. Thank you all for all the followup emails, help with the menu and doing all the little things that made the dinner special for all of us.
