Buffalo Small Animal Hospital is AMAZING! I truly wish I had discovered them years ago. One year ago, this team was kind, patient, compassionate, and deeply professional when I had to lay my sweet angel, Luna, to rest. Losing her was heartbreaking, but the care and dignity they showed her—and me—gave me such peace. I knew then that when I was ready for a new pet, Buffalo Small Animal Hospital would be our new vet. My baby Malaki had his very first vet visit this week, and it couldn’t have gone better! He didn’t want to leave—with all the churros and new friends he made. Once again, the staff was gracious, professional, and absolutely wonderful in every interaction with him. I can rest easy knowing there’s a perfect neighborhood vet I can trust whenever my baby is in need. 💙🐾

The staff at this animal hospital is really incredible. Every person i came into contact with was so friendly, helpful and sensitive. I ended up needing to put my baby to sleep and the staff was so sensitive and caring. Dr. Rego even sent me a sympathy card with Creamsicle's paw prints. I highly recommend this practice to anyone with a pet they love.

At BSAH from the moment you call for an appointment you are treated with compassion and concern. My most recent visit was with Dr Hider for 2 sick kittens. Unfortunately one started to go down hill quite fast. At our visit our vet and techs were very attentive, thorough, and kept me updated with each test. So far our furry family has been treated by Dr Hider and Dr Pintabona, I cannot express enough how absolutely fabulous each Dr is.

Puma had his annual appointment> He needed updated shots. Puma has a slight cough. The vet perscribed medication> They also recommend that we get X-rays if it continues. They also trimmed his nails. I also was concerned with a slightly cloudy right eye. This is not effecting his vision. The Vet is recommending a eye doctor for dogs> and I will seek treatment for this concern.They provided excellent care and treatment with puma.

The staff here gave me such peace of mind when a window broke and shut on my cat’s paw. I called them, basically bawling my eyes out, and they put me at such ease and were able to get my cat in the next day. They were very gentle with her (even when she was being difficult) and talked me through everything that’s going on. They were so amazing in such a stressful time for us. When they were putting a splint on my cat, they also trimmed her nails and cleaned her ears while she was sedated (phew!) Thank you so much!!!
