Our neighborhood has now used Bull City Inflatables for 2 events this summer. Both times, they were on time, friendly and the inflatables were so fun for the kids. 1 event we had a minor issue and Kishia worked quickly to rectify. The gentlemen who dropped off and picked up were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Bull City Inflatables.

Hired Bull City Inflatables in September to set up a bounce house for my kids birthday party. They were over two hours late. With NO communication whatsoever. I called them. I had FRIENDS call them. No answer. Finally we got ahold of someone and eventually the bounce house got there. But The party ended only 30 minutes after the bounce house was set up. Also they didn’t come pick it up until the next day. Ostensibly to make up for the late arrival. Nope. Not needed, thanks. They offered to refund me for part of the fee - if you let them set up, Kishia is very firm that you cannot have all your money back. I accepted the offer of partial refund. Three months later I have not seen a dime in refund, or a follow up in any way. I would never use this company again ever. A friend rented a bounce house from them two weeks later and learned from my mistake about the time frame. Because, yes, they were over an hour late then too.

We have always had good experiences with Bull City Inflatables. I have booked 2x now for my kids and scheduling is easy to book online, if you have questions, they are available or quick to respond. On time or early to set up so the kids enjoy the extra time. We certainly book again for more memories!

To be clear, the equipment is great and the setup went smoothly; the kids had a blast. But the inflatable slide was delivered over an hour late with absolutely no explanation, and no response to my multiple phone calls and panicked texts. Nobody ever picked up the phone at all. I am sad to write this because I think Bull City Inflatables provides a great service and the booking process was smooth. But after an hour of thinking I would have to completely cancel my child’s birthday party, I won’t be renting from them again.

Second time using Bull City Inflatables, and will continue to do so. They've always been on time and very quick to set everything up. Definitely check them out if you're looking for an affordable inflatable for your next party!
