The owner of General Rental is AWESOME! Very knowledgeable and very helpful. And not just with my rental needs. He was helping me load the floor sanders I was renting and when my car wouldn't start, he actually pushed my car so I could jump-start it! Above and beyond!

My husband and I had a huge oversight and did not return the items by closing on Saturday. We called first thing Monday morning and the staff explained it was ok, "just return sometime this morning." They were super understanding and very friendly. I have rented items here for birthday parties and our wedding. Each time greeted with friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this locally owned company over others in the area!
