I was very pleased with the service today, the technician was on time and rang the doorbell to let me know he was here. Oscar and a fellow employee did a thorough inspection. I’ve recently had a problem with lady bugs, they did inside as well as outside. Oscar was courteous and notified me that he had finished.

I cannot say enough about the impact Jim had on me and my family. The day he came out to do our pest service. I was at my boyfriend‘s house when he came to treat the property and he noticed that we had a brand new little puppy. He was very friendly with the puppy got to know her and went over some options on what we could do to keep the puppy safe, which I really appreciated. I also have a 10-year-old son who’s nonverbal autistic. Most people that meet him for the first time acknowledge him and then go about their business. Jim was very different. He talked to him. He showed him what he was doing. He let.Devon Follow him around while he was doing his service and absolutely made his day. Jim probably didn’t think that was a huge deal but for Devon It was amazing. He also thought it was so cool that Mr. Jim had the picture on the side of his truck and he waved to him and laughed as he drove off. It really showed me what kind of person Jim is His professionalism, and just his in general being an amazing human being changed the course of our entire day. Personally, I wanted to say thank you to Jim. Continue to be an amazing person, and God will continue to bless you!

I would like to say that Devin Fitzgerald, my Exterminator, did an excellent job treating my house for insects, spiders, etc. He even cleaned the spiderwebs down from around my outside lights to prevent the spiders from making a permanent home there. He is an excellent employee for Bulwark and deserves recognition for the time he takes to do a thorough job of treating for everything. I would like to request a midday appointment in the future.
