Chad did a phenomenal job of helping us with the purchase of our home in Greensboro. We lived on the NC Coast, and work full time, so traveling to see properties that were not what we were looking for or were outside of the budget was something we simply could not afford to deal with. Thanks to Chad, we never once had to deal with that.
