I have always loved boot camps but getting a little older and having a few injuries I needed to find something else. Burn is PERFECT!! It has a shock absorbing floor so jumping doesn’t hurt. Also it’s focused on SLOW strength training. No more injuries and the classes are small enough that the trainers can actually correct any form issues. I could not be happier. Only 45 minutes a day and after 40 days I’m back into my skinny jeans!
