Adam’s a great trainer and an even better person. He really knows his stuff and actually takes the time to make sure workouts make sense for you and your goals. He pushes you when you need it but also makes sure you’re training smart and not just going through the motions. Training with him never feels rushed or generic. He's not your average personal trainer- he really takes the time to study the imbalances in your body and gives you corrective exercises that get you out of pain and help keep you there. On top of that, he delivers a kick-ass workout that actually feels tailored to you and your goals. You will leave sweaty and feeling great! Coming from a background in therapeutic massage and physical therapy, I can honestly say John is incredibly knowledgable.
