Just transferred over to this location from Fort Myers, and I absolutely LOVE it! The women in childcare were so kind and patient with my son, Carmen the trainer was amazing, and the members were very welcoming and sweet. Very excited to be here!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is not a professional environment. They focus more on gossiping about members. The workouts themselves are solid, but the environment can feel exclusive and cliquey. There’s a noticeable shift in how people are treated based on membership status or social circles. I expected a more inclusive and consistent experience. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY. IT IS NOT WORTH IT

Story time! My dad had been going on and on about how I needed to go check out Burn Boot Camp because of his experience at the one in Keller, and I kept giving him pushback because I didn't like the idea of group training. But man, after him be persistent for 4 months, I finally listened to him. I AM SO GLAD I DID! The moment I stepped into that gym, it didn't feel like an ordinary group fitness class. The trainers are beyond intentional, welcoming, and honestly, each class feels like a 1-on-1 training session, but for a group training price. Iykyk😉 I have met some of my lifelong friends through this gym, and I truly enjoy going to every camp. I love my Burn family so much that I even had my 27th birthday here. 😉

I started going in December 2022, as my co-worker was pushing me to join it, and I fell in love with this gym. It is essentially like Camp Gladiator, but indoors with childcare. It is only 45 minutes, and it can be as hard or as easy as you want it to be. There is a main instructor/certified trainer who will guide you depending on your needs. The workouts (or Weekly Protocol) rotate from week to week to be a mix of strength training and cardio. Typically the strength training switches from all over body to focusing on legs, arms, and core (depending on the day). Cardio is either focused on athletic training or metabolic conditioning. All of it can be modified depending on your physical limitations. The community is the best part of this. It is really focused on making you feel comfortable and a part of the group. There is an amazing social media community, the people in person are so great, and there are lots of high fives as you go along in the workout. Plus if its your first day there's a free gift and a photo of the class that you'll take. On cost, there seems to be 3 standard plans (6 months, 12 months, and 18 months) that range around $150/month (less expensive the longer the contract) and specials they run if you are new and want to try it out. It includes childcare, and is definitely worth it if you go. There is an app for that! The app is great for helping to plan your week, seeing the Weekly Protocol, and scheduling any virtual workouts you may want to do. I highly recommend you check this place out!

Best Decision I ever made for my health / fitness journey!! Best community around !! The trainers care so much, always make time for you. Free one on one focus meetings. Very knowledgeable. No judgement, great atmosphere, very clean !! The staff are so professional, fun and welcoming!! There are plenty of modifications for beginners and those who are more advanced! Tons of fun events for members and the kids! Oh and they have FREE CHILDCARE ! So many pros CHECK THEM OUT, you won’t regret it ! High five Burn Bootcamp, keep being awesome !
