What I appreciated most about working with Burnett Specialists was how personalized and supportive the entire experience felt. Krista took the time to truly understand my background and what kind of role would be the right fit for me, especially as someone new to the country. She made the process smooth and encouraging — always responsive, clear in her communication, and genuinely invested in my success. I really valued how she balanced professionalism with a friendly approach, making me feel confident and cared for throughout. It didn’t feel like a typical recruitment process; it felt like working with someone who truly wanted to see me succeed.

Had the most bizarre interaction with this company. I called their office and what appeared to be a young female answered the phone. I told her I was X company and wanted to inquire about potential partnership on an IT. position I am managing. She then said, "What do you want?" - I said, "You are a staffing agency, correct?" She said, "Yes, we are not interested." I then asked for feedback as to why and she again said, "Ya, we aren't interested and hung up on me." -Wow.

Loved it! Perfect timing when Staffing Manager, Laura Mora in El Paso, TX reached out to me. She gave me the opportunity I needed and my life has changed since in a positive way. I’m impressed by who Laura Mora is as a professional and human being. I feel appreciative of her help. Burnette has had a positive impact in helping me get back into the workforce. If I can/could nominate Laura for employee of the year, I would! I know she has helped me and others significantly! Her positivity, insight, enlightenment and optimism is what so many of us need in addition to her good guidance.
