If I could’ve left a 0 star review, I sure would’ve. I spoke to both Meli and Kamen. Handed them my resume and they greeted me very warmly. Which until that point it was great. They suggested me to go check online to see if I find any interesting roles and if they didn’t reach out to me I can follow up with them. I found many roles I could qualify for and I reached out to both Meli and kamen via email + called and left a voicemail + sent a text message at least 6-7 times and no replies or any return calls. Even if those jobs were not available, or you’ve already found stronger applicants, I should’ve at least received a short answer which would’ve taken 10 seconds of their time … Specially they already had my physical and digital resume and to make it easier I even found the roles I was interested in with links attached to them. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with any staffing agency..

I can’t say enough great things about Tony! He was with me every step of the way, from coaching me before interviews to making sure I felt confident in the final interview process. He didn’t just find me a job, he helped me find the right one. If you get the chance to work with him, you’re in great hands!

I have had the pleasure of working with Primary Services for the past 8 years, and in my experience, they are the best agency to work for. They excel in making the hiring process smooth and ensuring that you have everything you need while on assignment. I would like to give a special shout out to Marlene, who has been incredibly supportive throughout my time with them. She truly is the best!
