Been attending BurnsMMA for 2 months now and have shown considerable improvement in kickboxing skills. He offers private lessons as well so if you want to improve quickly, go to class and do like two private lessons a week.

Have been taking my boy to classes here and over the few months it's crazy to see his improvement. The coach has a way with kids that's nice to see. Trains them as a whole yet can give individual attention aswell. All in all would recommend for kids and adults!
