First thing I noticed was how clean the waiting room was I felt like I was in a high end Dealership with complimentary coffee and drinks. I thought my car had major mechanical issues but he called me and told me it was a simple fix and I ended up paying a quarter of the estimate. He took the time to show me what was wrong and gave me good advice. I thank them for their honesty, fair pricing, clear communication, and quality work and fast service. I appreciate the staff's professionalism and knowledge. Its nice to see an honest mechanic especially here in Las Vegas. Busy Buggy will definitely be my go to auto repair shop.

I came here last month and I was recommended by a couple co-workers to come here for work on my Toyota FJ Cruiser I bought 2 months ago. Carlos was very helpful with having it inspected and going over my concerns that most FJs have. I did get some front end work done that was needed and also had some parts replaced that would need to be replaced in the future , but since they already were going to have it taken apart why wait to do it and have to pay for more labor in the future. I believe in fixing it right now before it breaks and then you have more trouble. I just sold my old car that I had for 10 years today and because I take care of my vehicles the guy didn't even haggle over the price and bought it. He didn't even test drive it first till I insisted ! Anyway , I will be back the end of this month to do fluids before I move out of state. I highly recommend Busy Buggy. They did great work , saved me money , and did the work in one day. I dropped off in the morning and picked up late afternoon. Also I love my 2010 FJ Cruiser. I was looking for a 4Runner for some time now and was lucky to find this one for a great price and great condition so I jumped on it. Everyone says it fits me more than the 4Runner. It is remarkably well taken care of for it's age and it has the same motor as the 4Runner and is more capable off road.

Marco, our mechanic is the best in town! And his shop is conveniently located in case you're just visiting and staying on the Strip. He's off Spring Mountain Blvd close to the 15 fwy in Chinatown (rear location). He's an expert in foreign cars (American, too), but since my whole family and I all drive German cars, it's great that he knows what he's doing! We all go to him. Best rates! Best service. Great attitude! And he and his team get the work done fast without cutting corners or compromising their expertise. There really is an "honest mechanic" here in Sin City.

Marco is the best! He's honest he's upfront with you, and he explains everything so you understand! Best honest shop I've found in all my years in Las Vegas. Plus, there are 2 locations to choose from! Oh yea and free drinks and snacks while you wait. Go check him out!
