My furnace stopped working Monday. Tuesday morning I called Butler. Travis had a mid afternoon cancelation and, luckily, I was at the top of the list. Travis quickly diagnosed, and repaired the issue. We have a warm house, again.

Chad was incredibly helpful and timely in both response and assistance when we had our furnace unexpectedly die on a Sunday evening. He helped to walk me through what could potentially be occurring and ensured we got a replacement part and a solution incredibly quickly. 10/10 would recommend Chad and Butler again.

A+ service. We have used Butler twice now, once for a new water heater and recently for a furnace service and inspection. Each time the technicians treated us politely, were on time and worked efficiently. They also pointed out deficiencies that could use attention, but were not pushy in anyway. They will be our go to guys for anything plumbing and heating!

I had a few issues with my furnace and AC. Travis was amazing. He walked me through everything, fixed a gas, electrical and AC problem. He very easily could have run up the bill and sold me stuff I didn't need. He is as honest as could be. Amazing tech and person. Excellent company. I will recommend him and them to everyone I can. I couldn't be more pleased !!
