Over the past 45 years, I have used many exterminators across several US states. None were worth the price and I resorted to doing the work myself. Which wasn’t that effective, so I decided to give BuzzKill another try. The exterminator, Robert, performed work today on my property he is the best that I’ve experienced from any company, including BuzzKill. Because of him, I’ll be a loyal customer as long as he performs the work for me. He was very thorough, taking the time to do an excellent job. He also explained the more complicated tasks that he performed. Additionally, he was polite, personable, respectful of the property and me, and kind. I have an extensive history of being a business consultant, and if I had a business, I’d hire him and pay him extremely well to keep him in my employ. I wish every service employee across businesses would be as good as Robert.

I’ve been with this company for 12 years! They have the best customer service! Scheduling is a breeze and no matter what technician comes out, the person is always SO nice and knowledgable! Everyone is pet friendly too and my dogs love it when they come! They give you a 1-hour window when you schedule and in 12 years, they have never been late! Generally they arrive right at the beginning of the window. I highly recommend this company!
