Beyond nice and helpful! We even trusted Jeff, our technician, enough that I had to leave him here while I picked up a kid from school. We had some insects come in right before our next treatment and they didn't even make it past the windowsill before the treatment took care of them. Glad to see the pest control is that effective.

Anytime we've had a concern, they’ve been quick to respond and eager to make things right—no questions asked. Most recently, they came out to handle a beehive situation in our yard. Not only did they treat the problem thoroughly, but they also went the extra mile and removed the outdoor chest the hive was in—saving me the time and hassle of having to deal with it myself. Total lifesavers! Bonus points: they were super kind to my son, who was fascinated by the whole process. They took the time to show him the hive up close and made it a fun, educational moment he won't forget.
