They initially came out to help us design our outdoor space and completed everything just in time for our housewarming party—it turned out amazing and truly transformed our home. Later on, after we had a generator installed that unfortunately tore up part of the yard—and after losing several plants during the recent freeze—Byron’s team came back and completely restored everything. You would never even know there had been any damage. They even went the extra mile and cleaned up the mess left behind by the service company along the side of our house, which we really appreciated. On top of that, they built us a custom dog gate with just one day’s notice, which speaks volumes about their responsiveness and craftsmanship. Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented—these guys are fantastic. We’ll definitely be using Byron’s Landscaping again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space!

I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this landscaping company. Based on what I have observed in my neighborhood, their practice of distributing unsolicited flyers has repeatedly resulted in litter, which I find both environmentally irresponsible and disrespectful to residents. It also suggests a disregard for basic community standards—and potentially for local regulations. Operationally, I have seen their crews park in ways that obstruct traffic, creating avoidable congestion and safety concerns. This reflects a lack of planning and consideration for the public space they occupy. More concerning is the conduct of their employees on-site. I have observed them handling equipment in a way that blew dirt and debris toward pedestrians, including people with strollers and dog walkers. This behavior is not just unprofessional—it shows poor situational awareness and a lack of respect for others. Overall, these experiences give the impression of a pattern of disregard for both the community and basic standards of professionalism. I would advise looking elsewhere for landscaping services.

Ricardo and Jay… the perfect combo for our landscaping project to design, scope, fine tune and execute! Such depth and breadth of knowledge and expertise; great vision, and so accommodating to our goals and limitations. This is my 2nd project using them and I couldn’t be happier. Byron’s did a fantastic and thorough job with our yard. The major cleanup included fixing uneven pavers, pressuring washing the courtyard/fence and sealing the fence. From a landscaping POV, they removed all of the existing plants and a fairly large crepe Myrtle that dropped a ton of leaves. They planted new plants, trees, installed new lighting/borders and repaired the existing sprinkler system. Just as excellent as the actual work was the professionalism and engagement of Jay and Ricardo. Their service is top notch, from the initial visit, turning around the quote in a day, daily check-ins, no upselling, troubleshooting, working through plant options, providing a nursery tour and even addressing things not in the original scope - goodbye broken gate! Also a special shout outs to Wilson - you can tell he cares and is passionate about what he does - his energy is infectious! And G, the young lady at the office was always polite and responsive! I wouldn’t hesitate to collaborate with Byron’s again. I wholeheartedly feel like they care about your yard and the quality of their work.
