It seems like the lady that answers the phone does not communicate with her team. I spoke with her on the phone to change my order and I also sent it in an email so there was no confusion. She never told them i changed my order so they delivered more than i needed and i was charged for it. I called them multiple times for weeks to get a refund and UNTIL THIS DAY they haven’t refunded me. My event was 5 months ago. Very unprofessional!! She told me multiple times over the phone that it would be refunded but i think she was just lying to get me off the phone. Won’t be using yall again. Also the tables and chairs were VERY dirty
My family and I used Richards Party Rentals for table and chair rental for a party in July 2024. The team was easy to communicate with. Drop off and pick up went very smoothly and their team brought all of the items into the house ready for set up the following day
We love Richard's Party Rentals! They support our 8th grade dance every year, making the entire process smooth and stress free. Their team is reliable, easy to work with, and always helpful. The convenience of their delivery and pickup service is a huge plus for us. Communication is seamless, and Courtney is especially fantastic and always goes above and beyond!
Awesome experience. We were having a company function and we forgot the chairs. Googled rental near me and found Richards. reached out to them on a Thursday they had the chairs (at a very fair price) dropped off to our function by the next day on a Friday by 730am. Then they were picked up by 730 that next Monday. We will use them for all of our rental needs!
