Hello I would like to leave a good review for Mr. Rollin I think he works for this Cal Trans Towing company services I wanna to tell you again Thank you for Helping me on Wednesday morning around 12:45am When I had a slow leak in my left tire there was a screw in the right rear tire and my bolt was lock on to hard I couldn't get it off thank you for Helping me get off the Bay Bridge I was on my way home from work. Their communication was excellent—they guided me through the whole process and even referred me to a tire shop, where I was able to get my flat tire fixed. The tow was done quickly and efficiently, and they were so kind and professional throughout. I truly appreciated their help during a stressful situation. Highly recommend their service to anyone in need of fast, reliable towing!
The dispatcher was very nice and helpful on the phone . She notified me that the driver was on the way and notified me again once the tow driver was outside my house. The tow truck driver was very friendly too. He towed our Rav 4 very smoothley.
