I came in to inquire about removing a small dent in my bumper. I was told how I could do it at home, and if I was unsuccessful to bring it back in. When I returned, I was assisted within 30 minutes free of charge. I tried to tip and they would not accept. Hands-down the most positive experience I’ve had at an auto body shop. Would never go to another location.

This is my second time coming to Golden Gate Auto Body. They did a great job fixing a dent and ding on the body line on my passenger side rear door of my Tesla model Y. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday and it was finished sooner than expected by the following Monday even though it was expected by to finish by the following Friday. Vehicle was cleaned and looked brand new again when I picked it up. Excellent experience, great communication and I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a body shop, especially in the city.

Twice now they have done the most excellent work on my vehicle!! (I've been side swiped twice now while parked on the streets of SF.) I am so grateful for GG Auto Body and won't go anywhere else. They're kind, efficient, great communicators, and just overall wonderful to work with. Cannot recommend more highly!
