We live in San Jose and CA WASH PROS did an excellent job cleaning our gutters for a fair price. I plan to call them again for future gutter cleaning. I also really loved receiving photos of my clean gutters after the job was done AND they re-installed a loose bracket for free.

CA Wash Pros recently cleaned the roof of our Dublin home, and they did a fantastic job. The cleaning was required by our solar installation company, and it passed with flying colors. From my very first call, Chris was extremely professional and helpful. He patiently explained the approval requirements, walked me through what his service includes (beyond just roof cleaning), and even inspected the roof using Google Maps to provide an accurate and very competitive quote. He also scheduled the service to align perfectly with the tight timeline set by the solar company, which I truly appreciated. He also patched a few cracked tiles for me as part of his cleaning service. Overall, this has been one of the best service experiences I’ve had high-quality work, clear communication, and exceptional professionalism. Highly recommended!

I live in Los Gatos and hired CA Wash Pros for roof cleaning so I could meet my homeowners insurance requirements. They did an amazing and very thorough job. The team cleaned not only the roof, but also the gutters, downspouts, and even the walls where debris had splashed. Everything looked spotless afterward. They also trim the tree branches that were hanging over my roof to help reduce any insurance risk, giving me a piece of mind. On top of that, they patched several tiles that had small hairline cracks—something I really appreciated. Their work was careful, professional, and incredibly detailed. I’m very impressed, and the price was also very reasonable for the quality they delivered. Highly recommend!

I hired Chris and his team for a full roof cleaning in preparation for my Tesla solar installation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the beginning, Chris was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He explained the process clearly and scheduled the work quickly. The crew did an excellent job — the roof looks incredibly clean, and the quality of their work was good enough to pass Tesla’s inspection without any issues. They were professional, efficient, and left everything tidy when the job was done. Highly recommended if you need roof cleaning, especially before a solar install. Great service, great communication, and great results.

Christian and Marcos were prompt, respectful, professional, and friendly. They explained their process, analyzed the work area, and worked efficiently and quickly. They provided an estimated time of completion and actually completed sooner than the estimate. They were respectful of the area around the house and cleaned up well. This included cleaning up any mess that landed on our neighbors property. We appreciated their attention to detail. We would recommend them to anyone who needs their roof cleaned.
