He patiently explained the approval requirements, walked me through what his service includes (beyond just roof cleaning), and even inspected the roof using Google Maps to provide an accurate and very competitive quote. He also scheduled the service to align perfectly with the tight timeline set by the solar company, which I truly appreciated. He also patched a few cracked tiles for me as part of his cleaning service. Overall, this has been one of the best service experiences I’ve had high-quality work, clear communication, and exceptional professionalism. Highly recommended!
I live in Los Gatos and hired CA Wash Pros for roof cleaning so I could meet my homeowners insurance requirements. They did an amazing and very thorough job. The team cleaned not only the roof, but also the gutters, downspouts, and even the walls where debris had splashed. Everything looked spotless afterward. They also trim the tree branches that were hanging over my roof to help reduce any insurance risk, giving me a piece of mind. On top of that, they patched several tiles that had small hairline cracks—something I really appreciated. Their work was careful, professional, and incredibly detailed. I’m very impressed, and the price was also very reasonable for the quality they delivered. Highly recommend!
