Octavio always does a fantastic job cleaning my gutters. I live in a two-story house, and he has the necessary ladders and equipment for safety. Octavio let me know if there were any leaks found in the downspouts and did the repairs per my approval. I recommend Happy Service Care for your gutter and exterior cleaning. Octavio is a nice guy to work with and scheduled my services on short notice with fair pricing.

I am very pleased with the job Octavio did. He went far beyond what was promised ( which was to clean my gutters ). He also took photos of the cracked tiles on my roof, and cleaned parts of the roof that needed cleaning. The original bid was for just for gutters, and that was what I paid him, even though he did much more. All my gutters are now working again.

I needed urgent gutter cleaning after a heavy rainstorm and called several cleaning services. Most were booked out weeks. Octavio answered my call and was able to get out to my place the same day. He was prompt and professional and got my home ready for the next storm.

Octavio and his team did an amazing job removing ancient, cloudy UV film from our huge windows. I had tried to DIY and failed so badly I was worried I’d seriously damaged a window. Octavio came to the rescue. He was very easy to schedule with via text and showed up exactly on time. The windows he worked on looked so much better, after a few weeks I asked him to come back and do all the rest! Now the whole space looks a million times better and I couldn’t be happier. Octavio & his employees are friendly, professional and incredibly hard working. I would happily hire them again and recommend them to anyone!!
