When the temperature dropped in Philadelphia and my home started feeling chilly, I called Cabrera & Sons Heating & Air Conditioning for help with my AC and heating system. Cesar came out to check my unit and quickly found an issue with the heat strips in my heat pump. This was my first time living in a house with a heat pump, and he took the time to explain how everything worked, including how the heat strips help keep things warm during colder days. I was really happy with how fast they responded and how clearly everything was explained to me. The repair was done quickly, and now my home is comfortable again. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone who needs AC repair or service.

I have been using this company in Philadelphia for regular furnace and heating system check-ups through their Preventative Maintenance Agreement program, which helps spot small problems before they turn into big, expensive repairs. The program is affordable and has really helped keep my furnace running smoothly year after year. During a recent spring maintenance visit, Austin came out to look at my old furnace, which was about 20 years old. I live in a newer neighborhood and recently had an issue with my furnace when I noticed water leaking around the unit. I reached out to Cabrera & Sons Heating & Air Conditioning, and Austin came out quickly to check it out. At first, it seemed like the leak was from an unsealed pipe, which he fixed right away. However, the leak continued, so Cesar returned the next day to take another look. This time, they were able to find the real source of the problem and made sure everything was repaired properly. My appointment window was between 12 and 4, and Austin arrived early, before 2. He checked my HVAC system and confirmed it was working properly. Austin was very friendly and explained that the airflow was being blocked because I had too many items in front of some of my vents. He kindly walked through the house and helped move things so the air could circulate better. Austin also recommended getting the vents cleaned to improve the system’s efficiency. He explained everything clearly and was very helpful throughout the visit. I highly recommend their service if you need help with your heating and cooling system!
