Damien and Damien Sr have done various jobs for us at our own home and rental property (raccoon nest removal services, mice extermination/control). They are responsive, punctual, professional and the only team you should use when you have any kind of pest control needs. They are a great team and very fair in terms of their pricing.

A raccoon had gotten into our roof and was causing lots of noise and distress. After two failed attempts by other companies to treat the issue, Next Generation responded to my request within 24 hours. They were completely transparent with the process and very reasonable pricing prior to coming out which was much appreciated. We were able to set up an appointment within the week and Damien and Damien Jr. were a pleasure to work with. They were quick, efficient, and very helpful answering my questions.
