I had the opportunity to try pilates for the first time here last weekend and I absolutely loved it. Tiffany's patience and gentle way of encouraging you to work intentionally was impressive. I am a 6'6 basketball player and I was a little intimidated at first but once I stepped inside CadiLab I was able to challenge myself and felt that my muscles were worked in areas I never felt before! Great job Melissa for finding these amazing instructors to represent CadiLab Strongly recommend!

Amazing studio! So aesthetically pleasing, clean, great lighting (for those ig pics 😉) please please take a class with Claudette, knowledge teacher guides and corrects you through every single move. Pilates is always a challenge but I left my class feeling powerful and strong after Claudette took her time and had patience with me. They offer different class packages, would definitely be coming back! They just opened so take advantage of the first class being complimentary. You will fall in love just like I did.
