Easily one of the best places I’ve ever had dinner in Edmonton and I eat out a lot! From the incredible food (and they’re now introducing Sunday brunch, as shown in the photo I posted yay!) to the amazing atmosphere and genuinely friendly people, everything about this place stands out. It’s a local gem that I wish every Edmontonian would support. Family owned and operated by a mother and son, and the flavors in their dishes are truly unlike anything else. Don’t take my word for it just go try it yourself!

Such a charming and elegant spot! The atmosphere at Café Bel-Air is cozy and beautifully designed — perfect for an afternoon tea or a relaxing treat. The desserts were absolutely delicious, especially the lemon poppyseed cake and the fresh pastries. The presentation was stunning, and everything tasted as good as it looked. The staff were warm and attentive, making the whole experience feel special. A hidden gem in Edmonton that I’ll definitely be visiting again! 🍰☕✨

Such a lovely place. It was great to eat somewhere with such different and yummy food. The tea and coffee menu is amazing! The family working there are so kind and the heart shaped cookie I took home was the best. Next time I will have to experience the high tea they offer.

After driving for almost 6hrs from Medicine Hat to Edmonton. We were treated with a wonderful tea and cakes (napolitains, puits d’amour). The amazing hospitality was same as when we visit families and friends in Mauritius. Made us feel home. To top it up, the mine bouillie agneau and oeuf mirroir made the day. With the fresh chilli paste. Simply amazing! 🤤 I am definitely making the drive again soon for some amazing dishes.😍

I’ve been on the hunt for a good high tea spot for years, and after trying a few in town (a few of these have closed down now) I stumble upon this gem. I’ve been here twice, and both times were such enjoyable experiences. The owner/manager is always so friendly and attentive, which makes the whole visit feel even more special. My absolute favorites are the potato salad in semolina ball, the heart of guava, and the fruit tart, but everything has been delicious. Although I did find the pink heart to be a little too sweet for me, the jam inside is really good. The vanilla latte tea is my go-to, and it’s easily one of the best I’ve had. What really surprised me is the price. At just $25+, you’d almost expect there to be a catch with either the food quality or the experience, but it’s the complete opposite, it’s fantastic value for what you get. This place has definitely become my new go-to for high tea.
