My last review wouldn’t show but this place is no good. They did a bad job on my cake, refused to fix or take back. Really damaged my bday party.

The first cakes are what I wanted and the second cake is what I wanted. They said the “interpreted” it but it looks like it was a lazy job. I asked them to fix it and they said they weren’t able to accommodate a quick fix and we were leaving next day. I am going to make a TikTok about my full service here to explain the in depth terrible experience that ruined my service. I offered to return the cake for a refund in which they also declined. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Hopefully this is a business that does not stay on service for their terrible customer treatment. And I spent $100 on this cake.

The cake is beautiful and my daughter loves how it came out. Two stars were deducted due to incorrect number and the service we received upon acquiring our cake. I stated that the number was incorrect and was told that there isn’t anything they could do. Nothing was accommodated. The employee told both of us that she was told 9 and not 8. Regardless, the error wasn’t satisfied. There was profanity coming from what the employee was listening to. A business isn’t the place for that type of language especially when children are present. Again, nothing against the business or cake makers. The staff that we encountered made us unlikely to return.
