Michael is the best always takes his time and does an excellent service I am from New York and I always visit Cali spa when visiting and request Michael always he always greets you with a smile with excellent service goes above and beyond. I wasn’t sure of my color and he went an extra step and showed to me what it would look like on an artificial now wow what exceptional service!!! I will be back in a couple days for a pedicure thanks again!!

I visited Cali Spa on Dec 4th for a fill. I've visited them a few times in the past, but had them do my most recent set. I'm always nervous to just walk-in, because you never know if you're going to get someone who actually pays attention to detail or cares about their finished product. I've had both positive and negative experiences here. My most recent visit, however, was probably the best experience I've had with them so far! I was a walk-in and they were quite busy, so I had to wait maybe 25 minutes (which I didn't mind) before I got set with Nguyen. I had a reference picture of the design I wanted, but let him know that I wanted to tweak it slightly. He understood perfectly! I could tell just by how he filed my nails that they were going to be very good. I'm shy, so I don't talk much, but I was very comfortable with him. I made sure to let him know I really appreciated his work. When Nguyen finished my nails, another young man must have also thought they were really good, because he asked to take pictures of them! They all made me feel really special. They gave me a free strawberry cuticle oil! Please tell Nguyen that I'm very thankful for the art he made me. I told him that I would come back and ask just for him!

RIDICULOUS. My mom decided to treat herself, my niece and I, for our Birthday's. We went in on the August 28th(Thursday), to look at the services offered.) The guy at the front desk seemed confused at certain points, he didn't know what was done in certain services. So we started to just tell him what we wanted. Mom-Mani/Pedi Shelac/Brazilian/underarm/legs/message. Me-Full Set Gel(Mind you I asked him if they do gel extensions or poly gel, he said YES.)/Pedi Shelac/Half leg wax My Niece- Full set Shelac/Shelac/Wax half leg only the front/Brows My mom pre-paid him $400 dollars for the services we booked for. He told her she would have a remaining balance of $74-$75 left to pay when we back in to have the services completed. So Sunday Aug. 31 comes we get the waxes first. While mom is finishing her waxing and massage my niece and I are getting Pedi's. They bring us a menu,telling us to pick a service. We are confused, because we have pick them already and paid for them. Also we have been told by the manager they are aware that we have pre-paid. They finished the Pedi's and I notice they have a receipt they place by the nail tech. I pick a cateye color and tell the nail tech I want almond shaped. Cheetah print Tip on my ring finger nail. He tells me because of the shape it's not enough space, I can't get that. So, I say can you do that design on the whole ring nail. More excuses come, which he could have just said he does not know how to do the design. The cateye color was dried out, so I couldn't even get that. So, I just got a milky white..because I was annoyed. (But still trying to make the best of moment.) Also you guys have a picture review of some one else with cheetah tip almond shaped nails. After all that my mom is getting her Pedi finished. They bring her over for a "Mani" with regular polish, even though she paid for Shelac on Aug. 28th. Then we go up to pay her remaining balance and they have like 6 or 7 different receipts. The guy seem out of order and confused, we trying figure out what's going on. He tells her he took off her $400 she prepaid, but she still owes $300-$400 dollars. So in total she paid over $800-$900, there was just too much confusion. Maybe have someone at the desk that is knowledgeable about your services, so people will be priced accurately. Also, we were told we should have been given a giftcard the first time we prepaid.(He didn't do that he gave her a receipt.) I feel they messed up and instead of admitting that, they doubled charged her. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO CALI SPA. And I will NOT recommend anyone else to go. (Though, I would like to thank the lady that did my pedicure and Carrington who waxed me. They were both very sweet and kind!)

I cane in for a pedicure and got the peppermint and eucalyptus with shellac polish. I had Michael and he was wonderful, did a great job. It was also super convenient to schedule an appointment online, and come after work. Super clean establishment and friendly staff all around. I will definitely be back.

I decided to try Cali Spa today for the first time. I am happy that I did. The place is nice inside and out. My nail tech, Tifany did a great job. I love my nails and plan to return.
