The young man who gave me the run down today for my first time was very informative. He told me his name but I have a memory of a gold fish at times lol! I did the 2 hour float, got the water in nose once and in eye >>> keep towel with you inside so you can dry your hands before itching your nose no matter how much you think you can do! The room was nice, water perfect and it was as if I had nothing extra to stress about. They had nice shampoo, conditioner and body soap. I will be going back :) I recommend getting yourself a little therapy bag for once you are done floating. Body scrub, wash, shampoo/conditioner and lotions. I only did because I wanted to smell like pineapples and coconut
It was Absolutely Amazing! I actually felt more relaxed than I ever have! And to float released all of my tension & definitely helped my back.
Wonderful. Employees will tell you everything you need to know. The pod was very clean, and i haven't been that relaxed in a long time. I'll be back.
First time going here was last week and I will be 1000% going back again. Craig was amazing at getting us set up and confident that we would know how to get the best experience out of our time there. You have your own private room with a lock and a shower as well. I deal with anxiety and a tad bit claustrophobic so I was concerned that this was just going to turn into a disaster. But I got in, kept the light on, which is a calming blue light and had the waves sound going. Closed the door and felt a little weird at first but then once I got acclimated, I felt peaceful. Its hard to learn to shut off your brain of daily checklists, to-dos, worries, and just be in the now and this helps. It wasn't perfect and many times my brain wandered but it's a learning curve just like mediation is. I'm hoping to get to the point where I can do no light and no sound and just have peaceful quiet. The water is a comfortable temperature the whole time. Before you get in, you must shower and after as well. If you want to keep the lid open you can. If u just want music and no light, have at it! After the hour was up (I could have went longer for sure!!) I got out and wasnt pruney at all. I felt relaxed and my body felt lighter. It doesn't last forever but I'm sure the more you go, the more benefits it has. Just do yourself a favor and go!!!
Loved our hour long float so much I fell asleep. I liked that they have calming music (you pick) playing while you float. You can turn that off though if you decide you don't want it. The place was very clean and staff was very informative and welcoming.
