Caliber collisions was so easy to work with. They gave me peace of mind while dealing with having my stolen/recovered vehicle repaired. Ylan was very communicative throughout the entire process and went above and beyond, getting my car detailed so that I could feel comfortable riding in it again. Would highly recommend!

Demariea was excellent at communicating regularly throughout our repair. We always knew what the next step was, and if there were delays, he always communicated about them proactively. Getting your car repaired after an accident can be stressful, but Demariea made it as smooth as possible. Would recommend!

I had an excellent experience during what could have been more stressful but Demariea was very communicative, patient and kind. He took the time to explain the situation, provided clarity during a time of confusion with the insurance companies, and helped me navigate through 3rd parties, insurance companies, rental companies and was a welcomed voice of reason I knew I could call when I had questions and get a fast and accurate response. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision, Demariea & its stellar team to friends & colleagues. I was very happy with the excellent job the did repairing the car and even took the time to wash & vacuum my car, so I was happy to be able to get on with my day & knowing my car was safe & looking good, which made me feel good!

*before/after photos below* I had the very scary & unpleasant experience of being hit head on by a bicycle. Eric, Lee, & staff were extremely hospitable & helpful thru the entire process. First experience in a body repair shop & it was such a smooth process. I’m very happy with the repairs & paint job. Thanks again!

After having my car stolen and damaged, I was so fortunate to have the support of the Caliber team as they managed two claims to get the repairs taken care of. Lee was so thoughtful in how he made me feel comfortable when I first showed up and was frantic, and at the end when I paid. Alan then walked me through the assessment process. But, I cannot speak highly enough of DuMauriea who gave me regular updates about the status of my car, inconsistencies with insurance, and any shifts in costs. As we were dealing with multiple back-to-back storms, DuMauriea always checked on me to make sure I had reliable transportation. When I got my car back, DuMauriea also walked me through the (beautiful!!) repairs, and made sure I wasn't caught off guard. Should any other issues arise with my car, I know that I can trust the Caliber team in Downtown Oakland.
