Kai is the best! Thoughtful, caring, and so nice. He has gone above and beyond to help me and he did his best to make a bad situation as good as it could be. I brought my car to Caliber Collision after hitting a deer, and the vehicle ended up being totaled by Progressive. My experience with the insurance company has not been a pleasant one for a variety of reasons, but my experience with Kai at Caliber has been fantastic. Thank you, Kai, for all your help! Caliber is lucky to have you as an employee!

great experience at calliber collision on Eubank rd. got into an accident driving through virginia and had to leave my vehicle down there to be fixed. They were always calling me with updates and doing the best they can to get it done quickly but done right. really appreciate their help and highly recommend. Kai especially was amazing.

I had a wonderful experience with my first and second visit at Caliber Collision at 4731 Eubank Rd. Richmond,VA 23231 the service writer Mr. Cal was very professional and personal as he did a estimate on the work that I needed done on my automobile and he was the best and then I had a great experience with one of the front desk workers that work there also her name was Ms. Marissa I had needed appointment to bring my other vehicle in for a estimate for to have work done on it as well and she made me a appointment for to bring it in and she went the extra mile to shedule my appointment as convenient as possible for me because of my work hours and she squeeze me in so that I could get it done and get to work at a reasonable time it's people like her that makes the world a better place. I was really happy and pleased with her effort. It is great to have employees like her on your staff.

I’m extremely pleased with my experience. Jessica kept me informed throughout the entire process. My vehicle was completed a week earlier than scheduled. My 2004 ride looks amazing, she can see clearly now, no more jaundice!!! All the lights in front have been replaced. I wish I had paid to get the hood painted, it wasn’t damaged with the bumper.

Caliber Collision made my car 2007 Scion tC look brand new again! They did a great job with the repairs and their customer service was outstanding. My car was clean (including my wheels) and finished before it was promised. Ask for Carla and Vicki and they will take excellent care of you!
