From the minute I took my car in to the time I got it back the customer service was amazing! I worked with Jonathan and during the whole process he called or text and kept me informed of what was going on. He was kind, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure to work with him. I hope I don't have another car accident, but if God forbid I did Jonathan would be the one I'd want to work with a Caliber Collision

An automobile stolen and damaged. We were treated first class. The process and expediency was high priority for Caliber Collision. The repairs were amazing. When we were able to pick up the car, it was in mint condition and clean. The staff, and in particular Josh were sympathetic and professional throughout the process. Managers are great—extremely professional and caring. The front desk isn't as welcoming. The shops does good work though and will take care of you through the whole process.
