Terrible experience. They replaced my front passenger door but the work is completely unprofessional. Window doesn’t roll down, air leaks, and there’s a loud wind sound over 30 mph. Anyone can see the body work is poorly done. Very disappointed.

Sherry B. provided excellent customer service. She was friendly and kept me updated on my repairs and was very responsive to my inquiries. The team got my repairs done in a shorter time than initially quoted. They also cleaned the inside of my car and washed it, which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend this location.

I was hesitant at first to repair my vehicle, but when I met with Michael, he was so pleasant kind and welcoming. Michael is knowledgeable , friendly and warm. He spoke to me with kindness and empathy, delivering exceptional customer service and a great understanding concerning my repairs. Not only was my vehicle repaired but it was also cleaned! Michael kept me informed daily & followed up with me after I picked up my vehicle just to make sure I was still happy with the service. Highly recommend Michael.
