To preface, My vehicle was one of many involved in the Portland hailstorm this year, so I understand that after the initial estimate of two week, it wasnt until week 6 that I received my vehicle. Repair Quality: My vehicle is a 2025 with less than 9k miles. Pretty much the entire left side of my vehicle needed to be replaced. When I got it back the hood seam and rear driver door didn't sit flush with the body. Also, I now have an internal rattle in my driver's side door when on a bumpy road. Even something as simple as the spring on my sunglasses holder wasnt seated properly. The inside of the vehicle also had a noticeable amount of dust and debris from the repairs. These parts were full replacements so I don't understand how they could have missed alignment on the seams that badly. Seemed rushed. Photo: Discrepancy between both rear door seams. Unfortunately, my interactions with the shop have made it to where I'd rather live with the imperfections than send it back to be fixed. Communication: Often time when the shop told me they'd give me a call on a specific day/time they wouldn't. Seemed like I had to hound them to see where my vehicle was in the repair process. Each week after the two week initial estimate, I'd call on a Monday to check on the vehicle. I'd be told it'd be ready midweek, end of week worst case scenario. This sequence repeated itself until the vehicle was done. All in all, it was not a positive experience. I understand they were loaded down with cars from the storm but the communication and workmanship were lacking from my point of view. I chose Caliber because they seemed to be an established and capable nationwide company to handle my repairs. Quite a disappointing experience.

Caliber Collision on Weber Rd was excellent. Customer service was outstanding. They did a beautiful job on my car. They coordinated the car rental for me, the rental was there for means I returned it to Caliber Collision with any problems. The car was ready when they promised. Brendan was very professional, provided updates on process.

Great service. Brennan was great about keeping me informed and took no time at all to fix. Also a big shout out to Farrah for helping me with my rental car mix up. Would definitely recommend this location and staff. Thank you guys again for repairing my car.
