What a huge disappointment! I took my car to be cleaned today. Although it was already relatively clean, I needed it to be spotless for a special occasion. It was a total mistake. I paid for a "Bronze Car Wash," and the whole service lasted about 30 minutes. When it was over—and because other people had warned me—I checked the work. I opened the doors, and the shampoo had accumulated underneath. I pointed it out to the guy, and he cleaned it right then. On the way home, I noticed that there was still a marker mark on the windshield from a sticker I had removed myself. I had to clean it with water. The dust accumulated in the air conditioning vents was noticeable just by running my finger over them. And that wasn't all. When I got home, I rolled down the windows, and water started running down the glass; when I rolled them up, they were covered in streaks. Honestly, they didn't do anything that you can't do with a small vacuum cleaner and a rag. I felt like they delivered it to me in worse condition than when I brought it in 😔

Staff was friendly. But a little bit more attention to detail would go a long way. Seems like the person who clean the suv was more interested in if I was going to give a tip.

Unfortunately I had an issue with my car’s oil change, the service port of the skid plate wasn’t screw in correctly and came off on the road . I came back several times to talk to the manager, he fill out a report but didn’t file with corporate. There was no response or compensation for their negligence. I don’t recommend this particular store due to their lack of customer care. Very disappointed with their customer service.
