I have used Caliber Collision over the years . Caliber Collision has. Great work ethic. They restore cars back to their original state. Just like nothing ever happened. The service people are most helpful. Marisa is my GoTo when I go to Caliber Collision. She is very knowledgeable, gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I wouldn’t go any where else. Not impressed. They refused to supply an estimate because I was going through insurance. I was trying to get independent estimates and I was told by caliber that I should just drop it off and if the repairs cost more than the insurance estimate, they would handle it. I prefer to remain in control of where my vehicle goes for repair and I like transparency. This feels like they are working closely with the insurers. All I wanted was an estimate.

Caliber was excellent from start to finish. All the repairs were complete by the estimated date and they kept informed periodically so I was aware of their progress. I would definitely use them again, I hope I don't, but if I did, I would definitely be a returning customer.
