Caliber Collision is the best thing to happen to me since being involved in my car accident! I was hit from the side which damaged both front and back passenger doors. I went with Caliber due to their high rating. I figured, eh, probably just got a few lucky reviews. Nope! They absolutely earned it! Shelton was my professional point of contact. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of the updates! Which, btw, it is so nice being updated so regularly while you are without your vehicle. I never had to wonder what was going on with it. I figured my car would be in the shop for quite while, but they had my car all done quite a few days before the expected finish date. And it looks brand new! Well, in the repair area anyway! It looks so good! They cleaned the inside also, vacuuming the floorboard and wipong down the dash. The other thing that impressed me was how easy it was to deal with the rental car situation. They work with Enterprise so they also dealt with that side of things for me which was less stress and a huge plus! I hope I never get into another car accident, but if I do, I know where I'll be taking my car! Thank you Caliber Collision!

I expected to have a pretty hard time getting my truck repaired after it was rear ended. I was pleasantly shocked by the service I received. The team even managed a surprise fuel system issue by repairing it at cost with no markup. I want to emphasize the professionalism of my service manager Destiny. She kept me updated throughout the process. Their repairs are invisible and I'm confident parts of my truck look equal to or better than they did when it was brand new. If I ever need damage to my vehicle repaired again I will be going back here.

I’ve used Caliber Collision twice now, and both experiences were excellent. They are very communicative, honest, on time, and easy to work with. The quality of the work was great, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

My contact was Robert and he did an outstanding job making the repair as easy as possible. He was friendly and informative. The repair was complete on the exact day he said it would be. I’ve looked the repair over and it’s perfect! The skills required to remove that dent is unmatched! No question, if I ever need collision repair done again I’ll be calling Caliber Collision!
