I’ve been to this location twice for a dryness on my scalp, that resembled dandruff but only on that spot. When the PA came in and looked at it, she said it was just a growth and she would freeze it off. Okay I said, you know best. That made it worse. I went in a month later saw a different PA who walked in with the freezer thing in hand, like already knowing that’s what she would use, I said no, that didn’t work. She prescribed a liquid called Clobetasol Prop .05% within days this growth I’ve had for months started to fade away… why didn’t they just prescribe this in the first place! My take, I pay coinsurance . (Around $100) for them to freeze it off, I really wish they had just prescribed this the first time around. After that they made a follow up for January 5, which was maybe a month away. Like many people, my insurance changed on Jan1, I informed this to the front desk that it would change but still be a PPO. They said no problem. Well I get a voicemail on Jan 1 saying they’ve canceled my appointment because my insurance is no longer active. So Instead of calling me to to ask for my new insurance or instead of saying “hey your insurance is not valid you’ll pay out of pocket” that would’ve been fine. But to cancel it all together ? I tried calling now to fix this but they don’t answer, and I won’t bother to call back, since I won’t be back here again.

Pleasant experience. Office needs to have a professional design it. Call me if you want me to help with that. It currently looks like a jail cell. But other than that Amanda, the PA is kind and professional as well at the girls at the front.

My first time visiting this office. The staff was super professional, nice and helpful. The doctor was awesome. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Very helpful office staff. Had me taken care of and the Doctor addressed my concerns. Looking forward to the procedure. Thank you for your care and concern. So back for the procedure it was so quick and went very well Andrea was so great and I felt all my concerns were addressed and I understood what there is to do to take care of myself as I recover. Thank you so much. Staying on top of your health and well being is such a blessing.
