Call Dad got a tech out to look at my system the same day I called (first star), they kept me apprised of the techs arrival time (second star), the called me to give me his ETA (third star), Jackson checked out system thoroughly and assured me it was operating properly (fourth and fifth stars). Jackson was also very respectful of my home putting the disposable booties on over his work boots. He gave me info about yearly maintenance from Call Dad, gave me a quick run down on system replacement options and answered my other questions and was polite and professional. I'm glad I called Dads.

Called for an estimate on a replacement for my HVAC. The guy was super nice at first but after he gave me the different estimates I told him I wasn’t going to be deciding today as I needed to think it over. He kept trying to push me into going through with it. I kept telling him I wasn’t going to make any decisions and he kept pushing more. Lower prices, throwing in things for free. But again I said I wasn’t deciding today. He was seeming to get upset with me. After 20 minutes of me telling him I’m not making a decision. He leaves his table with me tells me to go over in private with my husband about the options and went outside to his truck. We took his table back out to him and he continued to be pushy for another 10-15 minutes in the cold. Saying it doesn’t matter if I wait 2 hours, 2 days, or 2 weeks I still was going to come to the same conclusion that the hvac needed to be replaced. He made me feel like he was not going to leave my home until I agreed for them to replace it. I have never felt more uncomfortable.

Jimmy was an awesome technician. He felt very trustworthy because he wasn't trying to push us to buy things that we didn't need. He resolved the issue quickly and we would love to have him as our technician again if necessary!

Barry, Steve and Lorenzo have our highest compliments!! Our HVAC system completely went out on us, and after contacting another company and being quoted an outrageous amount I reached out to Call Dad and within an hour a wonderful technician, Barry, had come out and was able to temporarily get our heat working with a simple part swap! Under his recommendation due to the age of our unit we decided to move forward with replacing the system. Within 48 hours Steve and Lorenzo were dispatched and ready to fix it! All three Call Dad technicians that we spoke to and worked with went above and beyond, they were extremely personable and restored our system flawlessly. I cannot recommend Call Dad enough!! Thank you for everything!

We are VERY happy with the job that Austin and Eli did for us. They came to replace our AC system, which included the condenser and the air handler. There were a few hiccups with the original unit ordered, but nothing that they were responsible for and they were great at remedying the situation. They were very professional, but also very kind and friendly which makes for great customer service. They were efficient and great at communicating what they were going to be doing and when done, they took the time to explain our new unit to us so that we felt comfortable with it since the setup was a little different from our old unit. I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with their service and satisfied with the work they did. I would absolutely recommend Call Dad, and especially Austin and Eli to all my family, friends and neighbors!
