Id much rather pay more for quality work from a happy tech, than a cheap job by someone cutting corners to get off work. Michael showed up and did a great job. Laid out my service plan levels and wasn't to pushy on the upsells like other places can be. Super happy with the experience and bought a years service upfront. Will continue doing business with them.
