1st time trying reformer Pilates at Calm & Core studio and cannot recommend it enough. I have been coming since Lesley opened regularly & feel the difference in my abilities already. I love being able to choose the workout from the huge range. So welcoming & not intimidating at all, it’s definitely for all levels, Lesley makes you feel at ease right away.

Reformer Pilates at Calm & Core is amazing. I love that you can choose your own workout and zone out on your own. There’s hundreds of programmes to choose from so if you want to work on strength, stretching or athletic performance it’s all there. I also like to end with a 10 minute meditation. The environment is calm and relaxing, Lesley and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I haven’t tried the instructor led class yet but that would be a good option for those needing more guidance. Definitely give it a go!

I was so excited to attend Calm and Core when I stumbled across their instagram page. The studio is lovely and Lesley is very welcoming. She explained everything we needed to know on the first visit and was on hand for any issues or questions we had. I have really enjoyed getting back into reformer Pilates and the one demand option is great!

Calm and Core is such a fantastic addition to Glasgow! It's super accessible just off the M74 and the studio itself is beautiful. The staff are welcoming, and the equipment caters to all fitness levels, which makes it perfect whether you're a beginner or more experienced. What really stood out to me was how clearly everything was explained. I felt totally at ease from the moment I walked in. I absolutely love the concept of choosing your workout on demand, it offers incredible flexibility and variety. The atmosphere lives up to the name: calm, focused, and energising. The workouts are effective, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!
