We used CBW during our holiday vacation as a last resort. I prefer to have someone stay in our home with them, unfortunately it just wasn’t possible this year. CBW seemed like a great place and to be fair I think they were just fine in the day to day care of the dogs. We had 2 stay there, both came home with kennel cough (otherwise, completely healthy). I don’t think a boarding facility will ever be our first choice, but I was hoping it would have been a better experience so we had the option.
5 stars, lovely staff, healthy dog after stay! We've previously stayed at CBW Bixby and both dogs got kennel cough after their stays there. Coming back from vacation to a happy, healthy dog was my main goal and this location delivered. My mother also very much appreciated being able to watch her on the cameras and giving me nightly recaps about pup's day. Will definitely use this location for future boardings.
We love Camp Bow Wow and “Hazelnut” does too!! We love the staff the amenities the cleanliness the prices the location and I could go and on. We really like being able to check in on the live webcams when the doggies are playing inside and outside❤️
Oh my Goodness!!! If i could give them 10 stars I would!!!! they treated my 2 fur babies with such care ! they lived it there! playing with other dogs, they have play time, lunch time, play time again! you can see them in thw cameras on the app! my babies had a blast playing with other dogs! it was more difficult for my little one! but she adjusted throughout the day! and was happy to see me! thanks for everything! they will be frequent campers for sure! and they offer Grooming and other services as well! i love the place!
We’ve been taking our dog to Camp Bow Wow for years. This last time was for 3 nights. We’ve had them care for our dog for 7 nights before. Sometimes we’ll add nail trimming and a bath before we pick him up. It’s easy to reserve a spot in advance using their app. They also have cameras so you can check out your puppy in action. They’ve always done a solid job caring for our baby! Our dog is always so excited to go and play with his friends there. The staff if professional, friendly and seem like they truly care and love our dog. I highly recommend giving them a try.
