I would not recommend metro mutts My wife boards our Frenchie here and each time we have had issues. First with rude staff, and corrected but took for ever to get answers. 2nd after boarding him for the first time came back with what seemed like a chemical burn but was told they use animal friendly chemicals to clean play area and pens. And was hand shy like he was beaten or scared to be his normal self, 3rd have a reservation today for 1:00pm March 28, and no answer at door and no employee on site, we have a overnight stay reservation and sat in the parking lot for over 20 mins trying to call a staff member or see if someone would arrive. Unfortunately this put a hitch in our plans for tonight as she has plans pre made which is why we made reservations for him to stay but now we have to cancel plans. Do to there lack of communication as we are unable to take him with us where we are going this evening. Lack of communication and accepting the reservation online is unprofessional and shows lack of professionalism
