Thank you, Mateo, for showing us around! From the moment we walked in, he greeted us and already knew who we were thanks to our referral from Catherine at another Canales Furniture location, who called ahead to let him know we were coming. That was very impressive! He was attentive, patient, and provided excellent customer service, helping us find exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely recommend anyone to come here and ask for Mateo. Now we’re just excited to get our shipment home!

I highly recommend anybody that's looking for furniture this is one of the places you should consider going because this was one of the cleanest and friendliest places i've been to Ms.Fernanda really helped me and my husband with everything we needed also delivery was fast they assembled everything we didn't have to do anything but let them inside the house

Mateo did a great job in helping us choose the right dining set for us. He understood our preference well and showed us couple of options that fits our needs. He was patient and did not rush us to buying. After 3 weeks of looking around every furniture shop, his good customer service nailed us to finally buy it here in Canales. I would definitely look for him again for my future home upgrades.

I have to edit this review since we left the store. Everything has become a nightmare. We picked up the first portion of our order that wasn’t on back order. Turns out the warehouse crew gave us the wrong mattress set and didn’t give us the adjustable bed frame. Later that day Axel called and asked us to bring back the incorrect furniture. Ya ok, what am I going to sleep on now? Order was placed on August 23rd. We went back and forth with Axel for a couple days. Then silence. We were given free delivery and opted to use that when the items on back order came in as well as the mattress that was ordered and adjustable bed frame. That was today. September 9th. We received delivery and items had black marks on the items and was placed in the study. No attempt of setting the items up and removing debris. We were never told that isn’t part of the deal and not included. We called customer service after they left to make an incident report. They want to verify with the store clerk what was told to us. Ridiculous. Go do your thing Canales. You obviously don’t care about the customer who spent over $10k in your store. 0/10 stars DO NO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Carolina immediately greeted us at the door with a smile. She was extremely helpful with all the questions we had about furnishing a new place. She was not pushy at all. It was a pleasure working with Carolina today. The prices here were really good, we got some really good deals. Would definitely recommend Carolina and Canales Furniture to people!!!! Thank you Carolina for your help today.
