Greatest bunch of people you could ever meet. So friendly and welcoming. Super challenging classes because everyone works hard and drills down. Help is just there if you ask with so many high level coaches and teammates. The best room for beginners who want to get good fast. Ryan is a nugget and a legend. He makes you feel important and always cheers for you when you do your best.All the coaches are awesome.

Signed up to gym to learn grappling and MMA. The coaches are very experienced ie fighting and competition experience. Everyone at the gym are friendly/welcoming and make you feel part of a team, so no need to feel nervous or afraid. The energy oozing from this gym is very addictive and you won’t regret the decision to move there. You will be hard pressed to find a gym like this in the ACT who value their members and treat everyone with respect. Don’t delay come down and try them out.

The members are all inclusive and supportive and they provide a great environment for all skill levels.

What a vibe!! The crew here are amazing and make everyone feel welcome, the coaches are second to none and you will never want to leave. The coaching staff are seriously amazing and can help you to get the best out of your training. There isn’t a class you will leave without something new in your pocket. Christian, Jon, Ryan, Gary and Pete are all top tier and a valuable asset you want to have in your corner. The training partners are second to none either, they are always looking out for each other and super friendly and easy going. It’s a home away from home and another family ( only without the bickering.) 100% recommend everyone to try it out, just go to an open mat and you will feel the difference.
