The owner is very unpleasant. Went into the shop and was told everything was 40% off when paying with cash. Went to pay with cash, he argued with me about what he previously said and made the comment “well, I’m paying for your GST”. Didn’t realize there was GST when using cash. So he’s dishonest. Not to mention his merchandise is outrageously overpriced. Will not be returning. Edit: notice the response I got from this ignorant so called owner of a business. Insulting me and telling me I don’t have “the balls”. People read this stuff you know. You have a terrible attitude. By far the worst customer service I have ever received and your reply speaks for itself. Funny how when my girlfriend asked about a $200 piece, what was the best you could do on it you said $150. That is 25% off not 40, not even 35%. Yeah and I’m the one with the bad math lol. Get a grip, you’re an embarrassment. I will also be going to the BBB about this matter. Thank you and a have wonderful evening bud.

The owner is extremely rude. I would 10/10 recommend absolutely nobody to this business for that reason alone. Was blown away by how rude he was.

We regret not reading all the reviews about this place before driving 30 minutes there and back, we show up knowing exactly what we are wanting and the owner instead of helping us find it quickly because there was 12 minutes until close starts being very rude and telling us he’s late for a meeting. I’m sorry that you didn’t plan properly, he says he has to wait until close no matter what and will be late to his meeting, why not help us if we’re not slowing you down. He tells us (after making us feel bad for even thinking about going to the store) that it’s on the second floor and makes it sound like it’ll be so hard to find and make it there before closing and making him late to his oh so important meeting, he says to us, ‘you can go look for the paintings, but it’s on the second floor and when it’s five minutes to close I’ll be yelling at you to get out!’ We didn’t feel welcome at all, place smelled of mold, and only after being in there for less than 5 minutes we both got bad headaches. The store looked cramped (we never made it past the entrance though). After reading more reviews we’re kind of sad we couldn't find the staff only room with no signage from 3 other reviews.

Glen, the owner, Is an amazing guy! Very knowledgeable! He Really knows his stuff. Taught me all about how to check for condition of the pieces I was interested in! I left knowing more than when I arrived! You won't find anyone more knowledgeable than him! Great prices! He also took the time to wrap and pack each piece very carefully instead of just throwing it all together as many others would. Left very pleased! highly recommended!
