Unpacked my order and 3 out of the 4 stainless steel chairs have rust on them (not a small amount either). Immediately sent through photos to Jeremey and was met with "rub it with coke or go and buy rust buster from Bunnings". Then additionally sent "Just like how some brand new garments/clothing have lint or loose fabric remnants that is what happens to stainless steel bars during transportation. Easy fix just needs a quick rub down". No. It's not just a rub down. Spending $1270.80 on chairs there's an expectation of receiving a good quality product at a minimum. Now instead of acknowledging and taking accountability for the poor quality product I was sent, I have to go a spend more money to make my "brand new" chairs passable. I have other stainless steel furniture pieces and have not had a single issue with them. Especially not when they were first received. Absolutely no offer of compensation.. Clearly these "brand new" chair's were stored poorly. Ther only chair that didn't have rust had a fabric lining protecting it from the plastic they tightly wrapped around it. They were clearly not checked when arrived off the boat from overseas or before being sent out. Not to mention these chairs were sent out with gold screws (that will be visible) instead of silver?? Absolute joke.

We recently bought six chairs from Cane And Wood Emporium and we were extremely happy with the service we received and the quality of the product. Jeremy and the team are a delight to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Purchased 8 dining chairs and a library bench and couldn’t be happier. Products all made to order here in Sydney and are exceptionally high quality. Customer service was excellent. Family run business as well, I can’t recommend them enough and will continue to do so!

Terrible quality. We unpacked and started using these chairs in January this year. Within 2 months- the black weave started to loose the coating. After numerous calls to seek replacement/refund, per Australian Consumer Law- still no resolution. We do not recommend this supplier based on this experience.

I had some much loved cane chairs that were slowly falling apart so rather than replace them with something new the Cane and Wood Emporium were able to refurbish them. They did a wonderful job with them and I can highly recommend them. A pleasure to deal with and a professional outcome. The last two photos show some of the damage BEFORE restoration
